On behalf of our client we are looking for a hands-on, solutions-oriented Project Manager to join our team full-time and in-office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, loves solving problems on the fly, and is ready to grow into full-cycle development management. You’ll be leading several medium density residential projects from permitting through to construction wrap-up, playing a key part in scaling a company that’s serious about changing how we live in cities.
You’ll be the go-to for keeping our projects moving—from design and permits to site progress and team coordination. You’ll work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal collaborators to make sure we’re hitting deadlines, staying on budget, and bringing thoughtful, well-built homes to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
Take the lead with third-party general contractors on multiple active builds
Keep things moving in a fast-paced environment, even when challenges pop up
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to hit key milestones.
Make sure teams have the direction, clarity, and accountability they need to deliver.
Walk sites regularly to keep a close eye on quality, timelines, and budgets.
Solve issues as they arise—whether it’s a design hiccup or a site-related curveball.
Keep projects aligned with big-picture goals: good design, community impact, and smart execution.
Handle permits, reporting, and documentation to keep everything on track and compliant.
Help improve and scale our systems as we grow—your input will shape how we operate moving forward.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in architecture, construction, or project management, and ready to level up into full-cycle development.
You’ve managed multi-family residential construction before—this is a must.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
PMP certification is great, but not required.
You’re confident managing consultant teams and know how to keep everyone aligned.
Comfortable reading drawings, contracts, and specs.
Familiar with local permitting processes and construction practices (especially if you're Calgary-based).
Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and other PM tools.
You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure.
Able to juggle multiple projects without missing the details.
Above all, we care more about your mindset than your resume—we’re looking for someone who’s resourceful, curious, and ready to grow.
Why This Role Might Be for You
Room to Grow: Start with project delivery, and grow into full development management—from land acquisition to handover.
Make an Impact: These aren’t cookie-cutter projects. You’ll help shape thoughtful Missing Middle housing that makes a real difference in how people live.
Collaborative Culture: You’ll work closely with experienced people who want to see you succeed.
High-Velocity Learning: If you’re hungry to learn and ready to take on more, this is the place to do it.
If this sounds like the kind of challenge you're looking for, we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Senior Estimator to join our pre-construction team. This role is all about setting projects up for success—accurate budgets, smart material and labor strategies, and seamless coordination from early pricing through to execution. If you love digging into drawings, solving cost puzzles, and helping shape how homes get built, this is your kind of role.
You’ll be working on single-family and multi-family residential projects, building out detailed estimates, managing trade pricing, and contributing to how our products are priced and positioned. You’ll also mentor junior team members and help make sure our estimating systems run like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build out detailed, accurate takeoffs and cost estimates for a range of residential builds.
Review construction drawings, specs, and scopes of work to determine what’s needed for materials and labor.
Work closely with internal teams—construction, sales, design, and selections—to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
Keep estimating databases up to date with the latest unit costs and material data.
Evaluate trade quotes, negotiate pricing, and help keep us competitive.
Support product development with real-time costing feedback during design and value engineering stages.
Pitch in on budgeting and forecasting for future communities and upcoming phases.
Use historical data to improve pricing accuracy and track cost trends.
Ensure compliance with local codes, bylaws, and internal standards.
Mentor junior estimators or coordinators and help level up the overall efficiency of the pre-construction team.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of residential estimating experience, ideally with a production builder in Alberta.
Strong understanding of local residential construction methods, materials, and cost structures.
Skilled with estimating software, ERP systems, and especially Excel.
Detail-obsessed, highly organized, and analytical.
Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable collaborating and negotiating with both internal teams and external trades.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is an asset.
