We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Site Superintendent to oversee single-family home construction projects in Saskatoon or Regina. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of site supervision experience in residential construction who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day site operations and deliver quality homes safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities for single-family home builds

• Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and deliveries

• Ensure construction is completed according to drawings, specifications, building codes, and timelines

• Monitor progress and prepare daily site reports and updates

• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards on site

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction

• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure deficiencies are addressed

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and office team to ensure seamless communication and scheduling

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in single-family residential construction

• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Experience managing trades and construction schedules

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Familiarity with construction management software or mobile tools is an asset
