What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience level, you will support, contribute to, or lead architectural projects from concept through construction.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop thoughtful design solutions
Contribute to architectural concepts, planning, and detailed design
Prepare and coordinate drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, bylaws, and regulations
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities
Participate in project planning to keep work on schedule and on budget
Attend client meetings, internal design reviews, and coordination sessions
Support or lead site reviews to ensure construction aligns with design intent
Mentor junior team members (for intermediate and senior roles)
Contribute to proposals, marketing efforts, and business development initiatives as required
Who Our Client Is Looking For
Master’s degree in Architecture
Registered Architect in good standing
3+ years of experience
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team
Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience (or a strong interest) in project architecture
Proficiency with Revit
Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based studio environment
A passion for creating thoughtful, high-quality design
