What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience level, you will support, contribute to, or lead architectural projects from concept through construction.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop thoughtful design solutions

• Contribute to architectural concepts, planning, and detailed design

• Prepare and coordinate drawings, specifications, and construction documents

• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, bylaws, and regulations

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities

• Participate in project planning to keep work on schedule and on budget

• Attend client meetings, internal design reviews, and coordination sessions

• Support or lead site reviews to ensure construction aligns with design intent

• Mentor junior team members (for intermediate and senior roles)

• Contribute to proposals, marketing efforts, and business development initiatives as required

Who Our Client Is Looking For

• Master’s degree in Architecture

• Registered Architect in good standing

• 3+ years of experience

• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team

• Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience (or a strong interest) in project architecture

• Proficiency with Revit

• Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based studio environment

• A passion for creating thoughtful, high-quality design
